By entering your information above, you receive one (1) entry into the Loud House Suite Staycation Sweepstakes presented by Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel (the “Promotion”). Limit one (1) entry per person. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the official sweepstakes rules (including the eligibility requirements). You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Colorado to participate. The Promotion Period will begin on December 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and will end on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST. There will be one (1) Winner randomly selected at the end of the Promotion Period. The Winner will receive the following prize: twenty (20) suite tickets to the Colorado Mammoth vs Las Vegas Desert Dogs game scheduled to take place at Ball Arena on April 3, 2026, with five (5) Camry Lot parking passes and a food and beverage package included*, and a two (2) night stay for two (2) people in an executive suite at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, which includes a $150 hotel food and beverage credit, complimentary valet parking, and one (1) hour in the Topgolf Swing Suite. The approximate retail value of the Prize is Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($2,950). The sponsor of the Promotion is KSE LAX LLC, 1000 Chopper Circle, Denver, CO 80204.

*Ball Arena food and beverage package is predetermined, as selected by Sponsor. The cost of any food or drink item that is ordered by a Winner or their guests in addition to what has been provided as part of the package for the suite is the sole responsibility of the Winner.
